People use Tumblr for simplicity and diversity. It’s easy to use and it allows anyone to start a visually appealing blog. In this post, we are going to dig deep on Tumblr’s user behavior in Iran.
When you have a tech-savvy population with 46 million smartphones along with a basic but stable internet access, you can guess that there should be a lot of social media users. That’s basically what has happened in Iran. According to the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Reza Salehi Amiri, there are currently 47 million active social media users in Iran.
TechRasa and NazarBazaar have done a research to on State of Internet & Social Media Usage in Iran. We have conducted a questionnaire which 3,707 Iranians from the age of 18 to 65 have answered it; of which 2,829 were men and 878 were women. One of the social media platforms that we have covered is Tumblr which had the lowest usage between Iranians. The following infographic reflects Tumblr’s user behavior in Iran.
